A happy day out at Oma and Opa's farm.
Aren't they gorgeous.
God is so good, what a joy these 4 bring to our lives.

Teeth wonderful teeth

Phinn has grown not one but two gorgeous little white teeth.  And he is putting them to good use.

The boys are loving getting their hands on food, and getting stuck into eating.  As before we are going down the baby lead weaning route, but I have to say it is not the relaxed easy going style that we had before.  There's a lot so prep involved in getting food for 4, bibs on 3, drinks for 5, and a wet cloth for whoever is finished first. They are still at the frustrated stage of not being able to get it in quick enough.

But that said to date they have tried,

Brocolli
Carrots
Pancake
Avacado
Banana
Carrot and lentil soup
Cream of wheat
Porridge
Fish
Scones
Tomato

I will get some pics, but right now the juggling act is too much to include a camera :)

A hard thing to do

Trying to get everyone looking normal......

I wonder how many years that will take.

Anyway, baby crying, off to feed, again.

The girls pulled my shoes out the cupboard this morning and were happily clumping around in them.

"Come on Hope" called Heidi as she made her way into the livingroom, "lets play old ladies!"

Humph......out of the mouth of babes.

See this boy.

This boy is a clever boy.

This boy is a kind boy.

This boy is a smart, be good to your mama kind of boy.

This boy SLEPT THE NIGHT.

Hurrah.  Now just Hope and Hosea to go :)

Puddle walking

Tuesday we had a snow fall warning and around 20cm of snow.  We had a lot of fun with all the white stuff.  (these pics are not the recent snow but the time before that)

Yesterday it started to warm up and by this afternoon after lunch it was 15 degrees.

That means lots and lots of water literally running in rivers down the alley.  And what is so good is that it is warm and dry, unlike rivers of water in the UK which are a result of lots and lots of rain.

So puddle jumping is rare here and we take our national sport seriously so I plucked up the courage and for the first time took all 4 of the kids out by myself.  It was only round the block but we did it!
I was amazed at how much Heidi has changed since we last went puddle jumping, she's all adventurous now!

Here's my gorgeous cookie monster boys in their gorgeous stroller :)  Just pushing it along makes me happy and for once there was no one crying.

Here's another one from the side, taken a while back. Wasn't that worth waiting for!
